Timestamp - it's a timestamp of reading from mempool; there's no way I know of (other than customizing and running my own modified node, which I don't want to do) to get exact timestamps from DeSo nodes. So it's the best approximation I could think of; transactions are read in order they enter mempool, so should be reliable enough for determining bid order on NFTs.
